Privacy policy

When you create an account we store your email address and a hashed password (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google). The projects, cards, and calendar settings you create are stored so we can show them back to you.

We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't read your boards for any purpose other than operating the service.

Your calendar feed URL contains a private token. Anyone with the link can read the events in your feed, so treat it like a password — and you can rotate it at any time from your account settings.

KanPlan runs on infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing) that process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

Some blog posts include videos from YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram. They don’t load until you click play; after that, the video comes from that site under its own privacy policy and cookies.

You can delete your account from settings at any time. Doing so removes your account and the data associated with it.
